Not sure if this pertains to Korean law but you can lower your tax bracket in the States via charity; hence, you see a lot of billionaires/ celebrities donate to hospitals and have them build centers in their namesake. Museums is another workaround as you liquidate your assets in the form of art and "donate" it to a museum so save on taxes and have a section of the museum named after you. Or you can be a bitch like Trump and donate to a charity that is actually owned by yourself to save on taxes and not lose any money. In case you were wondering, the taxes they save is actually higher than the donations themselves.

Hopefully the celebrities in Asia aren't like Americans and actually have good intentions.
