BTS is known to be one of the biggest artists in the world. They have fans of all ages and from across the globe.
The boy group is truly amazing as they accumulated millions of fans as they have become one of the most influential artists of this generation. They have shown their immense popularity as all four nights of BTS's Las Vegas concerts sold-out during pre-sale.
Just a day before, Big Hit Music announced that there would be no General Verified Fan Presale or a Public Onsale because all the tickets sold out during the BTS Global Official Fanclub Army Membership Presale. This is the case in many of the BTS's concerts as their tickets become sold out in just a few hours.
Recently, one netizen shared a graph showing the demographics of the people who bought tickets to the BTS concert. According to the data, 99.1% of the ticket purchasers were women, and 0.9% of them were men, with 9.8% in their teens, 30.1% in their 20s, 37% in their 30s, 18.1% in their 40s, and 4.7% in their 50s.
Netizens joined and left comments on this topic and discussed how amazing the demographic distribution was. Netizens commented, "I think BTS just has a lot of fans," "I think having that many fans in their teens buying tickets is amazing, given that BTS has been active for almost ten years," "Wow there are a lot more teens who bought tickets than I thought," "BTS just has fans from all demographics for sure," "BTS is just a national group because they have fans even in their 40s and 50s," "I really want to see their performance, please," "There's a lot of friends who are in their teens who didn't get to buy tickets because of COVID-19 and also their parents said the tickets were too expensive," "I think the reason there's a lot of people in their 20s and 30s who purchased tickets is that the group debuted almost ten years ago, so the fans who were in their teens grew up and should now be in their 20s and 30s," and "That's still a lot of people in their teens who bought tickets."
I don’t know why people assume that all BTS fans are teenage girls. I’m a grown woman and I’m an ARMY, there’s a lot of fans like myself who have been KPop fans for 10 years plus…if not longer!
I’ve been to so many concerts and BTS had the biggest range in ages that I’ve seen. At Wembley I was sat beside a woman in her 40’s and she knew every single word to every song, she was amazing!
