Earlier this month, A Pink finished the promotion for their special album 'HORN.' Unfortunately, the girl group continued their promotions as a five-member group with Na-Eun unable to join due to "scheduling conflicts."

Na-Eun was able to participate in the album recording and the photoshoots but was unable to perform with the girls on stage. After the news that Na-Eun will not be joining A Pink in this comeback promotion, many fans were upset and turned on the idol criticizing that she was unable to adjust her schedule for the girl group's tenth-anniversary comeback. 

However, things changed when Na-Eun's agency revealed that Na-Eun had future projects that she cannot change the schedule to. Many netizens understood Na-Eun's position as her agency claimed she had another drama to film. Additionally, A Pink's promotions had already been postponed once. Therefore, Na-Eun received support and love from fans again as the reason for her absence was revealed.

Now, a few netizens are wondering the news of Na-Eun's new drama will be announced. One netizen created an online community post raising the question of whether Na-Eun really had a conflict in schedules because of a new drama.

The netizen who created the post wrote, "Na-Eun didn't participate in the girl group's promotions because she said that she's starting a new drama after she finished the one in February. But there's no news about a new drama. She said that the promotion schedule overlapped with her drama filming because of Chorong. But doesn't seem like she's filming a drama but only taking pictorials."

Other netizens joined the community to also share their thoughts and also felt perplexed about the situation. Netizens commented, "To be honest, isn't this situation ridiculous? She said that she will make a comeback with the group during a fan meeting but then she suddenly had another schedule. She didn't share that with her fans but YG only released one statement," "I do want to know why she didn't participate in any promotions when she didn't really have anything scheduled," and "So Na-Eun didn't join the promotion even when she didn't have a drama to film?"

On the other hand, there were fans who shielded Na-Eun, claiming that there are many instances in which dramas stop filming for certain reasons. Also, filming for dramas usually begin even before any news gets released. These netizens commented, "People are being ridiculous, there are so many times when dramas get canceled at the beginning of filming. Also, lead actors get switched out during filming. Now, it just seems that people think this is the chance to criticize her again. If she couldn't participate this time, then that's it, why criticize her saying she did wrong?"
