Dara posted a series of pictures on her Instagram story on March 22, along with the caption, "I packed a lot of my food today, but dinner time with Bong Sun unnie is doing to be hardest."
In the photos that she uploaded, Sandara Park's food for the day was revealed. They included two bananas, two boiled eggs, and one sweet potato, with everything neatly packaged in ziplock bags.
Dara elaborated that she was going on a diet plan not to lose weight but to gain some muscles and become healthier. She revealed, "It's not like someone told me to do it, but it's for the sake of my promise to myself! I bought a lot of pretty crop tees last year and the year before last year but never wore them. Shouldn't I wear some this year?!"
In the previous photos, Dara revealed all the snacks she had in her car but decided to eat healthier to become healthy rather than lose weight.
Dara surprised everyone when she revealed she was only 38kg (~83.6 lbs) when she was promoting with 2NE1 but has been maintaining a weight of 41kg (~90 lbs) recently.
