It has been confirmed by HYBE and Source Music that LE SSERAFIM has been decided as the name for the new upcoming girl group that will include former IZ*ONE members Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chae Won.

Source Music opened the group's official social at 00:00 on March 28th and uploaded the logo motion film to reveal the group name.

The video contains the meaning of the name 'LE SSERAFIM' and revealed that it is the letters of the phrase 'IM FEARLESS' mixed around.

Meanwhile, Source Music formally confirmed plans to debut its first girl group under HYBE Labels, with former IZ*ONE members Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chae Won. The team is set for launch in May of 2022.
