BTS's Jin has been a muse for various artists around the globe for many years. People have been creating sculptures and paintings of him; writing books, songs, and poems. Even Jin's bandmates call him a muse and inspiration. His otherworldly beauty, crystal vocals, songs, unique personality, and mind captivate lots of creative people.
One of those people is a Korean artist Kim Il-Jung who was born in 1979. He has created a series of portraits of some most iconic people in the world, like Marilyn Monroe, Natalie Portman, Morgan Freeman, and more.
At the 2022 Galleries Art Fair, that took place in the Simyo Gallery, one fan has spotted a painting of Jin that was done by Kim Il-Jung. The artist depicted his look from the MMA 2019, and it's undoubtedly otherworldly beautiful. An interesting detail about this work is that Jin's face is made out of a very expensive material called "mother of pearl," also known as nacre. This material is produced out of the inner shell of certain mollusks.
