Girls' Generation's Taeyeon made another comeback with a new full-length album.
On February 14 KST, the Girls' Generation leader released her third full-length album, 'INVU,' featuring a title track of the same name and pre-release single, "Can't Control Myself." As soon as she released her new album, the tracklist captured the attention of listeners and fans.
One netizen created an online community post titled 'The thing that doesn't exist in Taeyeon's full-length albums.' The online community post included photos of all her full-length albums that she had released so far.
According to these photos, all of Taeyeon's full-length albums did not include any featured artists. In fact, the full-length albums such as Taeyeon's first album 'My Voice,' her second album 'Purpose,' and her third full-length album 'INVU' all were filled with tracks only sung herself.
In her mini-albums, Taeyeon would include various songs she collaborated with other artists such as DEAN, Verbal Jint, and Hyoyeon. However, Taeyeon chose to choose songs that are sung solely by her in her full-length albums.
It seems that even fans and many netizens didn't realize this and commented, "Oh I never noticed until I clicked on this post," "That's really interesting," "I actually like the fact that the full-length albums are only filled with Taeyeon's voice," "Taeyeon's voice is the best," "Oh the albums only do have her songs only," "I never saw it," "I think her mini-albums have songs she collaborated with other artists or have featured artists," and "I like it better because it's filled with Taeyeon's voices."
Probably the reason I like her full albums rather than the mini albums, I can’t get enough of her amazing voice. I did like “Purpose” more as a whole but “INVU” is another masterpiece just not that much of my style.
