On February 25 KST, "Christmas Tree", the original soundtrack for the SBS drama 'Our Beloved Summer' sung by BTS's V, surpassed 60 million streams on Spotify. V previously broke the record as the first K-pop male solo artist to ever achieve both 40 million and 50 million streams on Spotify, and has now surpassed 60 million streams in the shortest period ever achieved (62 days) with "Christmas Tree".
V is the first K-pop male solo artist to enter the Global Spotify chart for the longest period of 30 days. Further, "Christmas Tree" ranked #1 on Spotify Korea's music chart for two consecutive weeks. Despite never having released a solo mixtape, V has gathered an impressive 6,145,388 followers on Spotify with just three solo OST releases.
Meanwhile, "Christmas Tree" displays V's emotional vocals that deeply moved viewers' hearts, and highlighted his unique vocal color.
