VIVIZ and former GFriend member Eunha has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a statement released by VIVIZ's agency, BPM Entertainment, Eunha has previously came into contact with a staff member who was tested positive. While she tested negative initially, she had mild symptoms and tested positive as of January 29.
The full statement reads as below:
"Hello. This is BPM Entertainment.
This is a statement regarding VIVIZ member Eunha who was confirmed to have rested positive on a COVID-19 PCR test on January 29.
Previously, Eunha hast taken a PCR test after coming into contact with a staff who has tested positive for COVID-19. While she has tested negative for that test, she was not in a good condition after receiving that test and with the re-test, she received the notification that she is now positive.
Eunha currently has mild symptoms and is being quarantined with treatment, and is taking necessary measures according to the guidelines of the quarantine authorities.
We apologize for causing concern, and we will do our best to support our artists so they can recover quickly, and we will faithfully comply with the quarantine guidelines of the health authorities.
