ENHYPEN fans are trying to raise their voices to BELIFT LAB for better treatment after seeing the members shaking in the cold

ENHYPEN held its first offline fansign event for "DIMENSION : ANSWER" on January 16. Fans started to worry after seeing the members shaking from the cold in fansign photos and videos.

You can see that Jay, Jungwon, and Sunoo are shivering from head to toe.

ENHYPEN is actually BELIFT LAB's only group. However, fans were frustrated that the company did not provide a heater or blanket for ENHYPEN.

we know that the heated is broken but they could atleast give them a hot pack, thick blanket and extra jackets. not only enhypen but engenes are also there, they’re freezing bcs of cold for sure. i’m so upset right now, belift should know how to handle their artist with CARE.

BELIFT LAB had previously been criticized for keeping the heaters off at ENHYPEN's anniversary Vlive, not even giving hot packs, giving them HYBE Insight pies instead of cakes. Fans expect better treatment from the agency as ENHYPEN is making comebacks in short periods and have a busy schedule.
