BTS's official account on Youtube, BANGTANTV, released a Bangtan Bomb of when the members were filming for the 'Butter's televisioned debut at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2021.
On the set, there were many instruments, and SUGA, a skillful piano player, took the opportunity to play a little bit of Samsung's 'Over The Horizon,' a tune he produced and was released last August.

Besides the piano, of the instruments at display was a contrabass. Being a musician at heart, SUGA tried strumming the instrument a bit.

He is known to love learning how to play new instruments and can try them until he masters them. After the piano, he's now learning how to play the guitar and owns a drum set kit that it's on Genius Lab, his studio.
SUGA's merch for HYBE's artist-made collection, from BTS members, was designed to be related to music:
A guitar pick necklace.
And a notepad cover set, similar to the one where he writes his lyrics.
Indeed, SUGA is a true musician.
