It's that time of the year once again when various broadcast stations prepare for a year-end festival for music fans to enjoy. During this time of the year, idol groups become busy preparing for the special performances they will show their fans at these festivals.

It is also during these festivals that fans are able to see members of different idol groups collaborate with one another to show off different charms. 

On December 22, MBC revealed the lineup for the female idol collaboration at the '2021 MBC Gayo Daejejeon.' This year, the five female MCs from MBC's 'Show! Music Core' were selected to put on a special performance. ITZY's Yeji, IVE's Jang Won Young and Ahn Yoo Jin, IZ*ONE's Kim Min Ju, and (G)I-DLE's Miyeon are the five who will collaborate this year. 

As soon as the lineup was revealed, fans and netizens alike gathered to an online community to express their excitement for this year's performance.
