Recently, there was a discussion on social media when a photo showed the Hybe building having numerous lights on at 12:55 AM. This brought about the discussion of the long working hours for employees, but the conversation shifted from the disadvantages to the advantages of working at Hybe.
The benefits of working under Hybe was also brought up in the discussion, such as autonomous business hours management based on autonomous commuting and unlimited annual leave, amongst the most generous employers in the industry for remuneration, relaxation space with massage chairs, gaming zone, and library, fitness center, and psychological counseling service, paid maternity leave up to 180 days, sleeping room and restroom to relax, disaster relief service for the safety of staff members and many more.
Another thing that was brought up was the quality and price of Hybe’s company cafeteria food. All food served is priced at $1.79 = 2000 Won. Many people have expressed how impressed they were with the quality of the food provided by the company cafeteria.

I think people also need to take into consideration that when you're working in the end of entertainment industry whether it's Korea or anywhere else you have to deal with companies and services from other countries and based on time zones if they want to be able to do business with people in Europe or in parts of the United States then there will have to be employees available to work those overnight hours to make those contacts
