BTS's V is always known for his brand power and his selling power that make so many brands want him.
In the Metaverse NFT Forum conference in Seoul, Noh Jun-hyeong, CEO of Lotte Information and Communication, points V as a potential person who can be the face of their Metaverse world.
Korea's Metaverse Alliance is a futuristic program that aims for Korean Industry to compete with world-class companies. To accomplish this, public and private sectors must come together to set up a metaverse ecosystem involving AR, VR, and XR technologies.
Noh Jun-hyeong, CEO of Lotte Information and Communication, mentioned that the program should have "a very realistic and immersive experience" to make it successful. He then goes on to say that such success both domestically and internationally could be reached if they used an 'avatar' of BTS V.
He is implying that since BTS V is known widely overall domestically and internationally, if various products are explained to customers via a BTS V avatar, "The Metaverse Platform" would be successful since it will cater to a wide variety of audiences.
Lotte Corp is a company with a $3.2 Billion market cap, so for a high-level executive to mention V to represent a futuristic technology, an alliance between the public and private sector, says how much the brand power of V is well known worldwide.
All the noise on Twitter but this is the real impact of what Kim Taehyung has been doing for years.
