According to BLACKPINK’s agency YG Entertainment, ‘Whistle’ MV has exceeded 700 million views on YouTube as of September 12, 8:53AM!
‘Whistle’ is one of the double title tracks of BLACKPINK’s debut single “SQUARE ONE.” The MV captured fans worldwide with its vibrant and sophisticated visuals and unique melody lines. This is BLACKPINK's 6th MV to surpass 700 million views.
During its initial release, the song topped Korea’s domestic music sites’ real-time, daily and weekly charts for 16 consecutive days, and it also topped iTunes in 14 countries internationally.
Meanwhile, member Lisa recently released her solo ‘LALISA’ which surpassed 70 million views within 24 hours of its release. Congratulations BLACKPINK!

Not to rain on this, but why does allkpop publish articles of only BP and BTS hitting a certain amount of views? Red Velvet's Psycho hit 300 million views on YouTube the other day but I don't recall seeing an article for them unless I am wrong?
