On August 19th KST, WONHO announced the upcoming release of his second mini-album, 'Blue Letter.'
This announcement was posted on his Twitter account with a teaser photo with the album title name and "COMING SOON" written on it. The photo shows various sticky notes with handwritten messages. Two say "BLUE," another says "together," and the others are harder to make out. These photos are bathed in a blue gradient.
