James Osorio is a musical director and a great pianist from Chicago. He is also a music director at the Forestburgh Playhouse in New York. Not too long ago, he praised Jin as the "Belting King" and wished to see him in a musical.

Fans checked other videos with BTS and found a comment made by James under "Your eyes tell" performance video.

In the comment Jin got praised for his vocal style. James said that Jin being an actor who is great at acting vocalization and natural at transcending any emotion he wants helps him to make his singing special. "He tells a story."

In another comment, James Osorio mentioned Jin always singing so purely that he doesn't need music or any vocal pyrotechnics or riffing. Jin's vocals are always raw and this is his strength - Jin doesn't need anything additional to just his powerful voice. His vocals are never pretentious.

"His sings purely, just what the music itself needs- no more, no less. His classic-tinged voice plus the intention he puts in every word are the things that make him an amazing vocalist."

Jin once described his own vocals as "clear." His nicknames Silver Voice or Crystal Voice are very fitting.

Jin's vocal coach said that he had to transfer from acting vocalization to the actual singing voice and done it amazingly despite it being very difficult.

Emotional singing is one of the things Jin is known for, he is able to make you feel every word he sings like no one else. It was revealed that Jin makes notes for each syllable: how to sing this or that, what emotion he needs to portray. A true singer!
