BLACKPINK's music video for their track "DDU-DU DDU-DU" has reached 1.6 billion views on YouTube. This makes them the first K-Pop group to ever accomplish the feat, and the K-Pop group with the most views on a single music video.

According to YG Entertainment on June 4, BLACKPINK's "DDU-DU DDU-DU" music video has reached 1.6 billion views on YouTube. BLACKPINK first released their "DDU-DU DDU-DU" music video on June 15, 2018, achieving this milestone two years and eleven months later. 

"DDU-DU DDU-DU" is the title track for BLACKPINK's first mini album 'SQUARE UP'. Having a catchy hook and a memorable choreography, "DDU-DU DDU-DU" received immense popularity with its release. Not only did their music video receive extremely high views, but they achieved all-kills on nation-wide music charts. Further, they ranked #40 on the 'Billboard 200' main album chart and #55 on Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart, making history as the only K-Pop girl group to ever achieve this at the time.

BLACKPINK's official YouTube channel currently has 61.7 million subscribers, making BLACKPINK artists with the most YouTube subscribers out of all the female artists in the world.
