BTS returned on 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' on May 26 for promotional activities for their new single "Butter."

Before BTS's performance of the song, fans were greeted with a new segment on the show. In the segment, they were to perform a short skit of hand gestures that would influence 'all the cool kids to want to use them in the future.

BTS' Jimin caught the attention of fans as he demonstrated superb English and acting skills. He used his hands and fingers to clearly show that he was, going out for a nice walk, going for a run, he just got a new pogo stick to use and one in particular that made ARMY laugh so hard, Help! that guy stole my pogo stick! He truly showcased his unmatched comedic skills, and fans were quick to notice this:

Moreover, fans praised his perfect English skills in eloquence and diction. They reacted to it, saying, "I can listen to Jimin's voice for a whole day," "jimin's english is such an eargasm," "his English is so cute," and so on. 

He was also christened as "Jimin the English King," a keyword that ended up becoming a hot topic on Twitter trends, together with JIMINS, Jimin's English, Jimin Best Dancer, and  ジミン the Japanese name for Jimin on Japan Twipple site. This was in appreciation of Jimin's outstanding execution, following BTS' performance.

Park Jimin is an idol who loves to learn new things and work on them until he is perfect. In an older VLIVE broadcast with fellow member RM, it was revealed that Jimin was hard at work polishing his English language skills by watching "The Boss Baby" series.

The Boss Baby is an adventure fantasy animation series whose protagonist has even been associated with Jimin. Recently fans edited the character of the program to look like Jimin, and the semblance is adorably uncanny.

In a stroke of luck JP Karliak, the voice actor of The Boss Baby: Back in Business, spotted a fan post wishing to see Jimin voice for the character of its Korean version, with a side-by-side comparison of his character and Jimin. He went on to quote it, saying, "Oh yeah. I see it!" much to the fans' delight.

In another show of Jimin's brand power, the Louis Vuitton Damier Salt Jacquard crewneck he wore on the show is also confirmed to have been totally sold out. It was revealed by fans that on visiting the site, the outfit was already sold out in all sizes and in most countries in less than 24 hours of BTS' appearance.
