DJ DOC's Jung Jae Yong showed off his amazing 23kgs(~50 lbs) weight loss but he is still committed to losing more to reach a healthy weight for his height.
The veteran DJ used to weigh 109 kilograms (about 240 pounds) but has decided to take care of his health for his self-esteem and his family. He dropped a whopping 23kgs and now weighs 86 kgs (~190 lbs) but he says he is committed to losing more to reach a healthy weight of 78 kgs (~171 lbs).
He stated, "I have been avoiding being on camera because I didn't like the way I looked. Not to mention significantly increased health risks. So I decided to get professional help. I want to retake our wedding picture once I reach my goal weight."
