Joo Won will be starring in the upcoming Netflix movie 'Carter'.

On March 19, the streaming service confirmed Joo Won will be starring in the lead titular role of 'Carter', a skilled secret agent who loses all his memories with no knowledge of why. The action-thriller blockbuster will follow an epic chase as Carter becomes involved in a massive undercover operation.

'Carter' will be directed by Jung Byung Gil, who was behind bit hits like 'The Villainess' and 'Confession of Murder'.

In other news, Joo Won most recently impressed viewers as an action hero in the SBS drama series 'Alice'.
