FNC Entertainment acquires related rights of 372 songs, including Taeyeon's "All About You"

FNC Entertainment acquired related rights of 372 songs, including Taeyeon's "All About You".

On March 3rd, FNC Entertainment set up the subsidiary FNC Investment. As their first project, FNC Investment acquired related rights of 372 songs which amount to about 15 billion KRW (~$13.3 million USD). 


FNC Investment expects to stabilize both FNC Entertainment and its income streams with this acquisition. Taeyeon's "All About You", Davichi's "Forgetting You", EXO-CBX's "For You" are some of the songs they acquired.

Why are Taeyeon and Exo CBX's songs aquired by FNC? Aren't they under SM Entertainment?
