One of the most loved tracks from BTS’s record-shattering album “Map of The Soul: 7” is undoubtedly member V’s solo track, “Inner Child.” Upon release, the song became an instant hit among the fans and was noted as the critics' favorite in almost every review of the album.

Throughout its first-year the soulful track has bagged several accolades, most notably topping 95 countries on the worldwide iTunes chart gaining V the title of the first and only Korean soloist to achieve the milestone with two solo songs. “Inner Child” has also maintained a steady rule over the hearts of the critics as NME, one of the most prominent news outlets, recently regarded the song as “the key track that is bound to become a K-pop classic in years to come”  in their list of “2020’s Best Asian Albums.”

Adding onto the grand celebration, Billboard announced “Inner Child” as the No.1 track on their World Digital Songs Sales Chart and also as the eleventh best-selling single in the U.S for the week.
