BTS's Jimin is literally everywhere and he helped raise money for Partners in Health and Save the Children.

On February 12 to 14, New York Times bestselling author and Youtube content creator John Green and his brother Hank Green hosted “Project for Awesome” fundraising campaign. According to John Green, the project intends to raise money for Partners in Health and Save the Children, two organizations working to improve the healthcare and educational opportunities of the world’s most vulnerable people.

In order to make the program more exciting, donors could also get perks for donating for “Project for Awesome” based on the amount donated. A BTS Jimin cutout will be given as a perk for donors, along with Harry Styles’ and Chewbacca’s.

According to some users, a donor can choose a Jimin cutout if they donate $5,000, the proceeds will all go to the above-mentioned charity organizations.

Jimin once again confirmed his unparalleled and massive popularity in the United States and why he is known as the “US Media Darling”. He keeps attracting attention not only from the fans but from artists, best-selling authors, respectable journalists, and media personalities in the USA.

Further, Jimin is known for his own good deeds and for numerous donations he has made to worthy causes. Jimin does it silently which means some of his donations might have not been publicly known. Jimin’s continuous act of donating has also influenced others including fans to donate or work together to raise money and donate it under his name on many occasions.

A recent heartwarming news of his father also donating to such a good cause has surfaced.

It can be remembered in August 2020, it was reported late that Jimin made a generous donation of 100 million won to the students of Jeolla province. This sum which Jimin donated shall be established as BTS Jimin Scholarship which amounts to 108 million won and for three years will be used to fund outstanding talents in the art field in Jeonnam. The scholarships will be awarded beginning 2021.

On February 9, 2020, he changed all the desks to benefit 1,200 students at Busan Arts High School. He also bequeathed 100 million won to the Busan Metropolitan City office of Education on April 2019.

Jimin continues to be a good example for such an exemplary fandom culture. Jimin effectively uses his platform and through his wise words encourages everyone to share as much as you receive and help those in need.
