IZ*ONE sold the most albums in 2020 among female K-Pop artists

IZ*ONE dominated the cumulative album sales for female K-Pop artists in 2020. 

On January 28th, the Hanteo chart released its end of the year (data from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020) album sales data. According to the released data, IZ*ONE sold a whopping cumulative total of 1,292,919 copies in 2020, topping the rankings for female K-Pop artists. 

In 2020, the girls released 3 different albums amidst Mnet's vote-rigging controversies. IZ*ONE sold 439,994 copies of their 3rd mini-album 'Oneiric Diary', 415,827 copies of the 1st full album 'BLOOM*IZ', and 378,443 copies of the 4th mini-album 'One-reeler/ Act IV'.

3 albums in 2020 = 1.29m sales is really impressive for gg.

They have potential to lead 4th gg album sales in the future if they don't disband this year.

they’re insanely popular in korea so i’m not surprised, i’m really happy for them ! i rly enjoyed their albums in 2020
