EXO's Baekhyun becomes the first solo artist to win Artist of the Year (physical album) since 2013 at the '10th Gaon Chart Music Awards'

EXO member Baekhyun was awarded Artist of the Year (Physical album) for the second quarter at the '10th Gaon Chart Music Awards' held on January 13th.
On this day, Baekhyun delivered the acceptance speech by saying, "There are so many people who I want to thank who come to mind, but I want to thank EXO-Ls and producer Lee Soo Man. I will continue to work harder and show you good music and performances. Thank you for such a grand prize."
With this win, Baekhyun became the first solo artist to take home the Artist of the Year award at the Gaon Chart Music Awards since 2013 and became the second-ever to win the award after Cho Yong Pil.
Fans continue to congratulate the soloist on his win on various social media such as Twitter as they tweeted their messages in celebration.
