The world’s best boyband BTS reached the end of a 2-day online concert, MOTS ON:E on October 11. BTS finished it with a bang, dominated the worldwide trends and left everyone talking and asking for more.

BTS’s main dancer Jimin was anticipated to deliver show-stopping performances and he did not disappoint and managed to successfully exceed the expectations. Jimin offered a theatrical masterpiece as he interpreted the ending of “Black Swan” through a contemporary dance barefoot. Meanwhile, he danced amazingly to “Filter” while changing outfits which for two days are flavored differently. Consequently, Jimin broke the internet and made people very impressed with his exceptional talents.

On October 11, before D2 has started, a fancam featuring Jimin’s first Filter stage has exceeded 1 million views in merely 8 hours from the time it is posted. It reached 1.6 million views as of this writing, just 30 hours after it was posted. It is the fastest, the first and only fancam from D1 to reach 1 million views.

Since the release of BTS’s fourth full-length album, MOTS:7 in February 2020, the live performance of Filter is one of the most highly anticipated and many have patiently waited for it. They concert-goers were not disappointed and were left in awe by its unforgettable stages.

Undoubtedly, the production of “Filter” stage is very well thought of. Its dance perfectly complemented the message of the song. On D2, Jimin also drew attention to the markings on his hand. On his left hand, there is a latin word “illecebra” which means temptation or enticement while on his right hand, there is “arcanus” which means hidden or mysterious. Netizens attempt to interpret these markings and how this is significant to either “Filter” or to Jimin.

Further, on both days, Jimin performed solo of an orchestral version “Black Swan”. Jimin was immediately lauded because he showed a wonderful piece of art. He took the “Black Swan” into a whole different level with his excellent contemporary dance skills.
