Friday, June 5th marked the first Anniversary of BTS Jin's first solo that was written and produced under his name. "Tonight" has touched many hearts as it was written in sincerity and longing for lost loves - his pets. As an environmental activist, it was no surprise that Jin would dedicate his first song to his lifelong companions and would wish for a hero that could make the world a better place for the future.  As a known philanthropist, Jins' heartfelt lyrics in combination with his sweet and calming voice encouraged many fans to celebrate the first Anniversary of "Tonight", with various donations to organizations striving for a brighter future.

Obama once said that we should be the flame of fate, the torch of truth guiding young people to a better future. Seokjin not only with his hidden or publicized donations but also with his existence, his daily sacrifices, his humble demeanor, and his whole being is preaching what he is practicing. Kindness and compassion for not only your species but also everyone and everything surrounding you while striving to be the best are virtues hard to come by these days. Virtues that Seokjin is the embodiment of.  So if an idol, with this much fame and power, can dominate the world with love, we as fans can only do our best to follow his footsteps.
