JYP Entertainment confirms today that TWICE's Nayeon requested for the restraining order filed against her foreign stalker to be withdrawn.

According to the report released by Naver News, JYP Entertainment will push through with the case filed against the said stalker and a restraining order will take effect again once he enters Korea.

The company clarified that the criminal charges are not dropped and that the stalker named Josh will be arrested straight from the airport if he ever attempts to enter the country again.

Probably not the best idea to withdraw the restraining order. He's just going to use this to say that Nayeon loves him so much that she couldn't stand seeing him "in pain" and "tortured" from being separate from him and all this crazy talk, which is the reason why she withdraw the order. But I hope they arrest him, because he's going to try to get into the country again for sure once the pandemic is over.
