A famous Idol Dance Trainer revealed on his youtube channel that Jin from BTS is respected among Korean dance trainers because of his hard work towards achieving his goal of becoming an idol and dancer.

Jin, who wanted to be an actor, and was enrolled in Konkuk University in the Department of Films and Theatre was scouted by BigHit to become a trainee. Jin, then began his idol career, at the age of 20, while attending university to become an actor.

The YouTuber reveals it is a hilly and bumpy ride for a person who is taught to have certain facial expressions in acting school to undergo training and make a complete career flip to becoming an idol and dancer. The change in Jin's dancing is revolutionary, he says.

He also mentions, that as the eldest brother, Jin did a wonderful job in terms of hard work which in turn motivated the younger ones to keep striving to do better.

Jin has grown phenomenally in technique as well as being comfortable in his own dancing style.
