Is Everglow Using Bots for Youtube Views?

Posted by springleaves-38 pts Sunday, February 9, 2020

Recently on k-pop stan twitter people have been suspecting Everglow’s companyof using bots for MV views. Their most recent comeback, ‘Dun Dun,’ gained 55 Million views in just 4 days. This record tops other famous K-pop acts such as Chungha’s smash hit ‘Gotta Go,’ Red Velvet’s ‘Psycho,’ and even IZ*ONE’s ‘Violeta.’

The reason Everglow in particular is raising suspicions is because of their lacking numbers in other areas. Their last album sold roughly 22k units, and they failed to chart on most Korean streaming services as well. The question everyone’s dying to know seems to be, ‘Who is streaming their music videos?’

I don't think it's a good idea to accuse a group/ company without any solid proof. No one can know for sure how they got so many views but rumors like this can damage a group's image. Popularity is unpredictable, it can come unexpectedly and for various reasons. Why accuse a group just to cause some clout?

I dont think so. I think they've had one of the best comebacks a girl group has had in a while

I mean their music is not to my taste but I can see why others would really like it
