The 'Produce' series has been gaining more and more attention lately as netizens continue to demand justice for the trainees and fans that have been hurt from the previously reported vote-rigging scandal.
After finding out that some trainees had been selected to be in the final lineup before the finale of the show, negating the public votes, netizens have been demanding that the names of these trainees be released to the public.
The prosecutors for the 'Produce' vote-rigging scandal have released a statement on December 17, 2019, stating that they would not be releasing the names of any trainees that were preselected by the staff that have been found guilty. They also stated that they are collecting the evidence to persecute those who have committed crimes, and not because the fans want them to.

"The prosecution will not reveal who the members are in the future. If the members are revealed, someone will lose money and someone will benefit (meaning it is a win-lose no matter what), but the prosecution cannot disclose it. The prosecution basically collects and investigates the evidence in order to find out the crime and present the corresponding punishment, not because the fans want to investigate."
Yes. Because no good will come out of releasing names. The kids didn't do the bribery, the grown-ups did.
