CLC's Sorn is currently under fire by netizens for posting (and quickly deleting) a photo on Instagram that showcases one of her friends wearing a racist mask.
After she posted the controversial photo, fans were quick to call her out for the racist mask being worn by one of her friends. When she then quickly deleted it, she denied that she posted the photo to begin with.
Fans then called her out and posted screenshots that they took of her post. After she was given screenshots she posted an update on her Instagram story with the caption "Sometimes people just gotta chill, I'm not stupid" with a peace sign emoji.
Fans have not taken the situation or her response well and are asking for her to give a sincere explanation and apology.
"I see plenty of responses here that call the second pic an apology. That is not an apology, it is a defensive rebuttal. She is not sorry for what she posted, so she'll just have to take all the L's coming her way."
"I’m not going to share his name (he ain’t a celebrity) but supposedly the guy in the mask’s name is being shared.
If it is him then as I’m familiar with him as he’s friends with 2 members in GOT7 and sadly this behavior isn’t a shock. He has also gone away trying to connect with a lot of other Kpop idols especially Thai ones."
"Girl that reaction... No"
"What kind of fake apology......"
"Uhm...ouch. Yeah, the first pic is bad, but the second pic of her response just amplifies her ignorance and makes the situation way worse."
"I saw that picture live and knew it was gonna turn into something. I felt it."

What are your thoughts on this?
I’m ALL for giving people the benefit of the doubt and a chance to correct what they did wrong (if they did wrong). But girl that response........
