BTS' Jimin has only three solo songs under his name in Spotify: Lie, from BTS Wings Album, Intro: Serendipity, from BTS Love Yourself Her Album, and Serendipity Full Length Edition from Love Yourself Answer Album. With these three songs, Jimin became the 1st Korean Act in history to have 3 solo songs surpassing 50 million streams each on Spotify back in August 2019. Jimin is also the one to break that record when his 3 solo songs reached 60 million streams each back in October 2019.
As of today, December 2019, Jimin’s three solo songs in Spotify reached an accumulated stream total of 225 million. 89.7 million for Lie, 68.6 million for Intro: Serendipity and 67 million for Serendipity Full Length Edition. He is the second Korean act to have surpassed that amount of streams with less than five solo songs after PSY. And Jimin did it with three solo songs only. Jimin proved once again that he is a digital monster.
Jimin’s Lie, Into: Serendipity and Serendipity Full Length Edition is currently the 6th, 7th and 8th most-streamed Korean solo song respectively. These solo songs were record-holders: Intro Serendipity is the first BTS solo song to reach 50M streams (September 9, 2018) and Lie the second to achieve it (September 30, 2018). Lie was also the first BTS solo song to reach 60 million (Jan 2019) and 70 million streams (May 2019). Lie and Intro: Serendipity made Jimin the first Korean soloist to achieve two songs with 50 million streams each and first to achieve 60 million streams for two songs back in April 2019.
It is also important to note that Jimin has another solo song Promise and it is also doing numbers and records in the SoundCloud platform, being the fifth most-streamed song overall, the song with the biggest 24-hour debut and having 197 million streams in only one year. It just shows that all of the solo songs from Jimin so far are record holders, have done numbers, and are very well received and enjoyed by the fans.
congratulations king 🎊
