oh god people are looking at the wrong thing. he's doing this as a joke, the pitch is way way off with the rest of the chords (yes, rapping also has pitch), tone was all over the place and his high pitch enunciation was definitely not serious (even taken into context that the rap is in "that stereotypical korean hip hop tone"). the worst thing is nobody even pay attention to the trollfully amazing karaoke-ish video style that he's going for. this is a meme video at best, but he's doing it wonderfully.
