American Singer-Songwriter Alec Benjamin shared on a recent interview that he has plans to collaborate with BTS's Jimin.
Alec explained that he has a two-month-long break coming up, which he intends to utilize in preparing a new album and hopefully work with other artists.
“I have some plans to collaborate with Khalid and also Jimin from BTS,” he revealed.
Last month Alec found out that Jimin is a fan of his songs and personally invited Jimin to his concert in Seoul via a tweet on twitter.
Alec told the interviewer, “I invited him to my concert because he had made a playlist online and he had 12 songs on it. And like 6 to 7 of those songs were mine. So I was really thrilled to find out that he was a fan. When I was on my way to Korea, I had no way of communicating with him, I didn’t have his phone number or anything, so I was just like, ‘Well, I’ll just tweet BTS and ask him to come.'”
However, Alec had to delete the tweet for a hilarious reason. His manager contacted him soon after he tweeted, informing him that Jimin already had planned to come to his concert and if people found out, it'll turn into "complete chaos".
Alec then informed that he deleted the tweet and met Jimin when he came to Alec's concert. Apparently, the two have become good friends ever since.
“Now we’re just like talking and friends, and he’s like, ‘We should make a song together.'” said Alec.

That's sweet. Looking forward to it
