Representatives from TS Entertainment have come forward to announce the postponement of their 2nd appeal trial against their former artist, SECRET's Hyosung.
The agency and Hyosung's 2nd appeal trial was expected to take place this afternoon on May 10 at Seoul's High Court; however, after TS Entertainment decided to introduce a new lawsuit against Hyosung back on May 7, the court has decided to postpone the 2nd appeal trial until May 31.
Currently, TS Entertainment is willing to accept Hyosung's conditions to nullify her exclusive contract, but since the court's initial ruling in favor of Hyosung, the label has decided to sue Hyosung for additional damages resulting in violations of her contract while the contract was still valid.
