On May 15, media outlets reported that actress Park Han Byul submitted a formal letter of appeal to police back on May 14, during her husband Yoo In Suk's arrest warrant evaluation at the Seoul Central District Court.
On May 14, the court officially dismissed police's arrest warrant requests for former Yuri Holdings CEO Yoo In Suk and former Big Bang member Seungri. It's been revealed that during Yoo In Suk's arrest warrant evaluation on this day, a formal letter of appeal from Yoo In Suk's wife Park Han Byul was submitted for the first time in this ongoing investigation.
The letter was reportedly handwritten, approximately 3 pages in length on standard A4 paper. Park Han Byul is said to have written, "My husband has no intention of fleeing or avoiding the consequences of this current situation whatsoever. He has every intention to continue participating diligently in the investigation without being detained; I promise this as the wife of his family."
Furthermore, Park Han Byul is said to have stressed elements such as that Yoo In Suk has diligently answered police's summons for over 10 separate accounts of investigative questioning, as well as that Yoo In Suk is currently the father of a young child.
Meanwhile, the Seoul Central District Court chose to dismiss arrest warrant requests for Yoo In Suk and Seungri back on May 14 after stating, "There are arguable elements in the accused's main charge of embezzlement. In the accused's other charges, it is currently difficult to accept the presented reasons for arrest."
She's a woman who's enjoyed great privileges and lifestyle at the price of other women who were victims of a criminal and sadistic culture perpetrated by her husband. I don't predict this goes over well...
