Only five groups are actually making profit. Groups such as BTS, BlackPink, Twice, NCT and GOT7 are the only groups not in the negative when it comes to total cost of an actual comeback.
Everyone else is going to cause their company to go bankrupt. Groups such as Red Velvet, Momoland, Seventeen, The Boyz and all of the Produce 101 groups are in shark territory in the kpop ocean.
Look for fewer and fewer groups to debut in the next two years.
Five years from now kpop will be on its death bed due to today's groups aging and declining and the lack of no new groups taking their place.
This will be a devastating blow to the overall Korean economy and its reputation and more importantly to kpop reactors on YouTube who rely on new videos to give a cliche reaction to to put food on the table.
How will you deal if and when kpop reaches its demise?
