TS Entertainment is demanding Song Ji Eun pay double in contract termination fees

TS Entertainment is demanding double in contract termination fees for Song Ji Eun.

According to an official statement by the label on April 2nd, they plan to seek double the amount in damages due to breach of contract for Song Ji-Eun signing with a new company in January 2019 when she was still under contract with TS Entertainment.

The label has made a request to the Korea Employment Management Association (KOICA) for arbitration and conciliation for the contract violations.

If Ji Eun can prove TS violated the terms of her contract by not paying her, she'll be fine with her court case.

Sucks that she just lost her agency though.
