Bae Chul Soo, one of Korea's most notable radio hosts, sent an invite to BTS.
On the April 16 broadcast of MBC FM4U's 'Bae Chul Soo's Music Camp,' BTS' new song "Boy With Luv" feat. Halsey was played.
Following the song, Bae Chul Soo said, "This is my personal thoughts but I think BTS' songs weirdly matches well with 'Bae Chul Soo's Music Camp.' It doesn't go well with gayo programs. I'm not degrading other programs though."
'Bae Chul Soo's Music Camp' is known to be centered around international pop songs. It's rare to hear K-pop songs on the show. With this in mind, listeners expressed their amazement. To this, Bae Chul Soo said, "BTS songs played multiple times. We also played Psy's."
He continued, "BTS hit No.1 on Billboard Album Chart. They're also on the verge of hitting #1 on UK album charts... I heard they sold out the Wembley Stadium in England. I've also been to Wembley and even interviewed the man who's in charge. It's very big. Not many artists can sell out. I'm so proud."
Bae Chul Soo then expressed the wish to have BTS on his show. He said, "Why aren't they coming on 'Bae Chul Soo's Music Camp'? They're a global artist. They need to come. (BTS) associates, please deliver my invite if you're listening to this. I'll be waiting."

Last year I thought that LY series was the peak of their international popularity and they cannot get more famous because they don't sing in English. And I was so wrong! They're just getting started and now I see that they can aim even higher. It's fascinating to witness something like this.
