A lawyer on 'Entertainment Relay' is expecting Seungri to receive a sentencing of 2-3 years for his crimes.
The April 5th episode of the KBS show covered Seungri's crimes of procuring prostitutes, illegally distributing hidden camera footage of women without consent, alleged collusion with police, tax evasion involving the club 'Monkey Museum', and embezzling funds through 'Monkey Museum' and 'Yuri Holdings'. According to lawyer Kim Kwang Sam, "Though he's currently charged with 4 crimes at least, they aren't crimes that receive long sentences. Even if he is given a sentence, it'll be 2-3 years, and there's a possibility he'll be able to get on probation instead."
As for whether Seungri telling the chatroom members, including former F.T. Island member Jonghun, to change their phones is considered tampering of evidence, Kim Kwang Sam stated, "During the police investigations, multiple lies have been uncovered. Telling other people to reset their phones or destroying evidence will have a weighted impact on sentencing."
Stay tuned for updates.

Man, I thought the system was messed up in some ways here in the U.K. This is insane to me, I can't imagine this guy only getting probation for all he's done. I know his career is done, but that's such a slap in the face to all the people he directly and indirectly hurt by this.
