On the March 20 airing of MBC Every1's 'Weekly Idol,' Lai Kuan Lin and Wooseok shared how they came to make their unit debut.

Lai Kuan Lin said, "I've loved him since trainee days. During 'Naughty Boy' promotions, Wooseok hyung shaved his head and I contacted him and told him he looks very cool. He then told me I should do it too and we jokingly said we should promote as a unit named Two Balds. Then one day, our agency asked if (unit) preparations are going well." 

Wooseok also shared, "I was very happy at first but there was a time when I wondered why he would want to do it with me when he could just come out right away after Wanna One."

To this, Lai Kuan Lin expressed great affection for Wooseok, saying, "I wanted to work with Wooseok hyung since a long time ago. He was my role model and I had no hesitations (for our unit)."
