According to reports on March 16, singer Kangnam is dating Olympic speed skating medalist Lee Sang Hwa. 

The reports claimed that the two stars have been seeing each other since some time last year, and also that they were spotted multiple times on dates in Seoul. The couple allegedly enjoyed a vacation date in Japan some time ago, as well.

According to acquaintances, the two stars are in a serious relationship, with thoughts of marriage in mind. 

Meanwhile, Kangnam transformed into a solo trot singer under veteran singer Tae Jin Ah's label last year. Lee Sang Hwa, known for her medals at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, the Sochi Winter Olympics, and the most recent Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, signed on with an entertainment agency last month in order to kick off broadcast promotions.

[UPDATE] Shortly after the above report, a representative from Kangnam's side revealed, "It's still too early to bring up marriage talk, but it's true that they recently started dating."
