GFriend can now enjoy food while also being on a diet.
On the March 8 airing of KBS 2TV's 'The Hit,' Noh Sa Yeon visited GFriend's practice room to prepare for their stage together.
While enjoying a late-night meal together, Noh Sa Yeon asked, "You guys can't comfortably eat like this on the usual, right?" Sowon replied, "We eat very comfortably." SinB added, "In the past, we couldn't but now we can eat a little when also being on a diet, so we've been eating all we want lately." Umji explained, "Since we are very active."

But here's my thing, when have they not been active? I get that the girls mean well when they say things like this, hinting at the fact that they're doing better now so perhaps there are more perks from the company as a result. But eating healthily, dieting healthily, should never be one of those perks. They have always had fairly difficult choreography (for a girl group anyway), and they have always promoted to the max, so I don't get how it's a good thing that NOW they're able to eat more stably while being on a diet.
