The biggest shareholder of the controversial club, Burning Sun is a power company with 50 percent stake 
[note: 42% Le Meridien Hotel, 8% Chairman Lee Sunghyun (the same Lee who admitted to bribe a former police officer)]

The Le Meridien Hotel, where Burning Sun is located, also owned by the power company.

Of course, there are suspicions that Seungri is the real owner of the remaining 50 percent stake in Burning Sun, but in reality, the biggest shareholder is the power company.

The power company has been drawing a line, saying it has not been involved in the management of Burning Sun, but in reality it may be a different story.

It has been stated (by those managing Burning Sun) that they received only half of the rent and daily sales of Burning Sun, and suspicions have been mounting that the power company may be involved in the management of Burning Sun.

However, it also has been reported that it is breach of trust that the power company invested 10 billion won in Le Meridien through other affiliates.

There are also suspicions that some of the investment has flowed into Burning Sun, the management of which are considering filing a prosecution complaint (against the power company).
