Fave Entertainment & Plan A Entertainment announce official merger

On February 13, Kakao M announced the official merger of Fave Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment. 

Kakao M will oversee this merger as the parent company of both Fave Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment. The parent company stated, "In light of Kakao M's new launch, we have decided to merge Fave Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment for the longterm progress of our music production business's growth and reorganization. Through this merger, we will strengthen the competitive music production system of Kakao M through both agencies' capacities as well as by utilizing Kakao M's full support, while also diversifying our artists' portfolios." 

Fave Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment will become one single agency this coming April 1. All artists under both labels will also come together under one name. Plan A is currently home to A Pink, Huh Gak, and VICTON; while Fave is home to Lim Ji Min of 'The Fan', 1THE9 members Jeon Do Yeom, Jung Jin Sung, and Lee Seung Hwan, upcoming girl group Fave Girls, and more.
