Rapper Simon.D revealed he lost weight due to stress and not dieting.
On the January 16th episode of 'Jung So Min's Young Street', a listener called in to ask Simon.D about his recent weight loss and any diet tips he can offer, and the rapper responded honestly, "I'm not exercising myself, so there's really nothing I can say."
He continued, "I didn't diet because I wanted to, but I lost weight because I was so stressed out and because of my job. You should try becoming incredibly mentally burdened. If you go through a breakup or you hear major criticism from someone, you'll go on a forced diet. You need to become personally desperate."
As for what kind of commercials he wants to film, Simon.D shared, "I want to film a commercial for ramen, alcohol, or chicken. I'm open to being contacted at any time. I respect advertisement agencies. I'm skinny, but I'm a major foodie."

Lucky for him...I eat boat loads of food when i stress. I gain ton of weight and my face turns into a balloon. The only thing that loses weight is my wallet.
