Dara had trouble breathing during rigorous training.
On November 16 airing of MBC's 'Real Men 300,' the soldiers had to run 5km (3.1mi) for a morning jog. During the run, Dara suddenly expressed discomfort and stepped off to the side.
The instructor asked Dara about her condition, and she replied, "I can't breathe very well." The instructor suggested her to take a big breath.

In the interview, Dara commented, "I don't know why but I couldn't breathe very well. I think it was hyperventilation. It was the first time ever (in my life that I've experienced it)."

Dara never gave up and finished running uphill until the end. I salute her determination. She's been doing well on the other exercises especially the ones that require concentration.
