On October 6, reports revealed D.Ark's ex-girlfriend had alleged he made her engage in "forced relations" during their relationship. However, she later explained they'ed cleared up the misunderstanding, saying, "On the 'forced relations,' I did bring up the word 'rape' first and rejected the relations, but after a sincere discussion with him, I want to clear things up by saying we had relations as two people who were dating."
D.Ark has also given a public apology on his personal Instagram. He stated, "Firstly, I'd like to apologize for causing a disturbance. It's true I did meet with the female who made the post in question, and it was a big mistake on my part to ignore her feelings and only think of myself, which caused the misunderstanding in the first place."
He continued, "After talking with her, we cleared up the misunderstanding, and I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize sincerely once again. I'm sorry my personal life has caused confusion, and I bow my head in apology."
